About Us
Welcome! We’re thrilled to have you on our website! Ever wondered what your backyard would look like if it were to come “alive”?
Rather too often we seek fun and excitement outside our homes, when in reality our backyards can become the go to place for just that.
Our aim? Deliver top notch content relating to all things backyard and outdoors. Our guides are well researched, and written. Our reviews? Unbiased, painstakingly researched and delivered by only the best team (P.S That’s our team!).
Our content is produced keenly to help ensure you’re making an informed decision on whatever you want to do relating to your backyard.
It could be that you’re trying to make an informed decision on a product to buy, or something rather more difficult, getting rats out of your juicy garden, no worries, we’ve got you covered.
If you happen to have questions, Feel free to reach out to us, make requests or just to get to know us here: Contact Us
Our Team
Barbara
Barbara's a serial entrepreneur experienced in gardening and landscaping, content creation, graphic design, web design, and a ton of other stuff too awesome to fit in here.
Did we forget to mention her cooking knocks your tastes buds out of the park every time? Do pardon us!
Along the way of gaining a plethora of obviously amazing skills, she picked up experience in grooming and showing dogs, making pizza, typing military reports (accuracy!), giving riding lessons, changing kids’ dirtbike tires, camping at motocross races, and becoming an expert at identification of poison ivy (before exposure) and treatment of the rash (after exposure).
She has fished from a rowboat on a Wisconsin lake with a bamboo pole. And she discovered that trout in Colorado wilderness lakes are harder to fool (So much for easy bait!).
Daniel
Daniel is Backyard Flair's website designer, tech dude and chief editor. He ensures the website runs smoothly from day to day.
He's attracted to taking long walks with constant stops during the process to stare and admire nature while taking deep breaths (too much info?)
He's good at riding bikes (Not so much the same for roller blades though), some farming and gardening, and playing with kids (till they run him out of energy that is).
